Alana’s new home is here!
After nearly 15 years at The Spot in Randwick, the time has finally come…. Alana has relocated to brand new ground floor suites at 88 Anzac Parade, Kensington. You will be able to enjoy purpose built, custom designed medical facilities, located close to both public transport and excellent parking.
This is an exciting new chapter for us and we will continue to deliver the same patient care and customer service from our new location.
Aiming to make this change as smooth as possible for all involved, we have compiled some FAQs below to answer any questions you may have.
What is the address of the new location?
88 Anzac Parade, Kensington. The building is on the corner of Goodwood St and Anzac Parade, located opposite Peter’s of Kensington. There are a number of retail premises there and we are Retail 6, located between Anytime Fitness and MC Cyclery.
Why did Alana Healthcare move from Randwick?
Alana has transformed over the past 15 years and we outgrew the Randwick rooms. We want to offer a space that is designed for its intended purpose, while allowing us to add more clinical services. It was also important to us to be an accessible and disability friendly practice. The new practice has accessible bathrooms, an accessible platform lift at the entrance and no internal stairs.
We also have more consulting spaces and room for more support staff, so you will get to enjoy watching the team grow.
How far is the new practice from the old location in Randwick?
Our beautiful new practice is located less than 4 km from our old Randwick location, more towards the Centennial Park end of Anzac Parade. The nearest landmark is the famous Peters of Kensington across the road.
When is Alana Healthcare moving?
We moved on Thursday, 30th December 2021, opening the doors to patients at the new practice from Tuesday, 4th January 2022.
Is there parking available at the new location?
There is ample street parking on both Goodwood St and Elsmere St, both of which are a short walk to our front door. There is secure carpark located below the new practice which offers free 2 hour parking for patients, however there is currently no pedestrian access to our commercial suite.
Is there public transport to the new location?
Yes! The new practice is located on the Anzac Parade bus and tram corridor. The ES Marks tram stop is located right outside.

Phone, fax and email remain the same. Our postal address is now Retail 6, 88 Anzac Parade, Kensington NSW 2033.
Will there be any changes to the team?
Currently everyone in Randwick has moved with us to the new practice. We hope to be adding more clinical and administrative staff over the coming months. We will make further announcements about this in due course.
