After graduating from high school, Jenni was thrown head-first into the world of administration and reception, spending the next five years working in the construction industry. She used this time to complete a Certificate 4 in Business Administration, and flourished in her role, gaining a wealth of experience in customer service.
When the opportunity arose to move from the quiet life of country QLD to the bustling city life in Sydney, she readily jumped at the chance. With not just a change in scenery, but also a change in industry, in becoming a Medical Receptionist Jenni has enjoyed both the change in pace, as well as the thrill of learning something new. Every day is different at Alana and Jenni has used her previous experience well, slotting right in to the busy atmosphere and close team environment.
Jenni loves liaising with patients and staff alike and is always looking for ways to extend the excellent customer service Alana is famous for. She makes Alana better and makes our patients happy, and that’s one of the many reasons why we love her!
Now looking after all theatre bookings, Jenni provides support and liaison to all patients as they move through their inpatient journey.
